Stroke teams interpret complex CT angiography under time pressure, often piecing together vascular anatomy from dozens of 2D slices. Every minute of delay costs roughly 2 million neurons — yet the tools have barely changed in decades.

Our Approach

HoloStroke-CTA converts standard CT angiography into interactive 3D holograms viewable on mixed-reality headsets. Clinicians explore vascular anatomy spatially and intuitively, the way the brain is built to process three-dimensional structure.

The Evidence

Our studies show that HoloStroke-CTA improved vessel identification accuracy from 81% to 94% across experience levels — with the largest gains (39% → 94%) on the most difficult vessels (ACA).
